Makes enough for 10 guests

Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (produces 750ml)

300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar

Ingredients for the Premix (yields 850ml, serving 10)

400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing

Directions

Making the Syrup: Put all the components in a pan, bring to a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the burner allowing it to cool down fully. Pour into a clean bottle, close it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for around a month.

For the Batch Mix: Mix all the liquids in a large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then filter it , ideally through muslin, so it's completely strained.

When ready to serve: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into a mixing glass packed with ice, gently stirring lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Pour into an chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries and complete it with a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
