This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
